Leap Room is an initiative brought to life by Paralect as a part of Nano, in collaboration with the talented students of Paralect Startup Summer. It's a fully-fledged product that demanded extensive dedication and rapid learning from the students.

As a product designer, my responsibilities extended beyond crafting the UI Kit and wireframes. I played a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the students, offering insights into the chosen solutions and the rationale behind them.

We developed a Minimum Viable Product in 2 months. This MVP includes the integration of Chat GPT 4, a key component in facilitating steps such as job description creation, AI-powered talent matching, and skills assessment testing.

The project consists of two distinct roles: employers and candidates. Depending on the user's role, the app's interface and workflow vary significantly.

Chat GPT is readily available throughout, and to further enhance user experience, I've introduced special help buttons that allow for lightning-fast requests to be sent directly to the Chat interface.
