As a UX designer, I took part in the creation of the entire product, including the mobile application, dashboard, and product landing page. I also designed the UI kit for the white-label app and created clickable prototypes for schools and investors with custom branding. Additionally, I worked with user feedback after the first contracts to improve the product.
During the app development process, we had numerous iterations and changes. We tested different hypotheses and the app evolved accordingly. Our team closely collaborated with schools to understand their needs, resulting in the integration of a white-label option. This allows schools in France to upload their own branded applications to the stores, providing full freedom to use their own logos, colors, and identity. The app includes chats, a matching algorithm to connect users with good advice, the ability to join a community, and event creation. This creates an ideal network for alumni and students. The product landing page was created in both English and French. The website underwent several iterations as we tested it with different audiences and potential clients, and incorporated new features.
1. If the product is still evolving, use a PDF for the privacy policy and terms of use instead of separate pages on the website, as they will change frequently.
2. After the MVP, new features should be guided by user feedback, rather than being pre-determined.
3. My experience creating a white-label app was particularly interesting. I further describe it in the article below.
